This page explains what information HarborLine Yacht Care collects through this website, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site — for example, Request Service, Maintenance Plans, Pre-Purchase Systems Review, Watermaker Service, or Contact — we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, boat or slip location, and a description of the work or question you have.

We do not sell information collected through this site, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad networks on it.

How we use leads

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule work, provide quotes and written summaries, and follow up about the specific service you asked about. We may also use it to contact you about closely related maintenance items on your own boat.

We do not add form submitters to marketing lists or newsletters without your consent.

Sharing with marine service providers

HarborLine coordinates work through a small independent network of marine service providers (for example, engine, canvas, rigging, dive, or other specialists). When fulfilling your request requires one of these providers, we share only the information they need to do the job — typically your name, contact details, boat location, and a description of the work.

We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain form submissions and service records for as long as reasonably needed to service your boat, keep an accurate work history, and meet standard business and tax record-keeping needs. You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us.

Contact us
