Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site — such as the Request Support or Contact form — we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, company, role, email address, phone number, vessel and location details, requested scope, timing, access notes, and any additional information you supply.

We also collect limited technical information for spam prevention and attribution, including approximate referring page, marketing campaign parameters (UTM), landing page, submitting IP address, and user-agent string.

We do not sell information collected through this site, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad networks on it.

How we use work requests

We use the information you submit to review the request, respond, gather additional details, identify the appropriate operating service provider, and coordinate initial communication and next steps. We may also follow up regarding related items on the same vessel or program.

We do not add submitters to marketing lists or newsletters without consent.

Sharing with operating service providers

HarborLine coordinates work through independent operating service providers. When fulfilling a request requires an operating provider, we share only the information they need to review and perform the requested scope — typically vessel details, contact information, location, scope, timing, and any supporting notes you provide.

The operating provider is separately responsible for its own handling of the information after that point. We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain submissions and coordination records for as long as reasonably needed to service the request, keep an accurate work history, and meet standard business and tax record-keeping needs. You can request that we delete information tied to you or your vessel at any time by contacting us.
